Shutters Factory Ltd are looking for a new member to deal with sales and management of customers, with Monday to Friday & Saturdays availability.

Specialized in providing modern and stylish window shutters, we supply and install a wide range of different wooden and composite shutters, ensuring that we meet our customers unique and specific needs. We are proud of the high quality of our plantation shutters, made from 100% real wood, each shutter being made to perfectly fit our customers homes, giving the ideal finishing touch to their interiors.

As an ideal candidate, you must have a good track record of sales experience, managing day-to-day operational activities and having built customer relationships over the phone and face to face. You are a motivated person who thrives on creating a climate of trust and productivity.

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience IS REQUIRED.

- At least 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role.

- Customer Service experience on phone and emails, in person.

- Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel mainly)

- Good product & sales experience - training will be provided

- Outstanding poise in a fast-paced and competitive business environment.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

- Phone sales of our products to existing customers.

- Customer Service in the showroom, over the phone, via emails

- Dealing with telephone and email inquiries

- Reporting

- Processing Payments, Quoting and Invoicing when needed (training will be provided)

- Team player and willing to learn.
