All MANAGER candidates must: Hold a SKILLED BLUE CSCS CARD IN BRICKLAYING Hold SMSTS Certificate Ideal candidates will have experience of working on large sites Be hard-working, reliable, and punctual Have good communication skills and be able to work alone, on your own initiative Understand drawings and be able to read drawings on your own and be able to explain to people as well. Ability to Manage a large team of bricklayers Ability to work within program. Ability to understand computer integrated systems. Speak Fluent: English (Mandatory) Qualifications required: CSCS Blue skilled Card in bricklaying SMSTS Certificate - Mandatory First aid - Optional Pasma - Optional IPAF - Optional Fire Marshall - Optional Overall Tasks Supervise works and Report back to Project Lead on site performance and progress.
